RFXE, Inc. (“RFXE,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This notice explains how we handle information received through this website and through direct communications arising from this website. It includes a site-level notice at collection and information for California residents.

Notice at collection

When you contact RFXE through a website link, email, telephone call, or another direct method, we may collect your name, company, title, phone number, email address, project or property details, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential work, communicate with you, protect our business and website, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Categories, sources & purposes

The categories of information we may collect are: (1) identifiers and contact details, such as name, business name, email address, address, and phone number; (2) professional and project information you choose to provide, such as your role, project scope, timing, and message content; and (3) limited technical information generated when the site is used, such as IP address, browser type, pages or resources requested, and access timestamps in server or service-provider logs. We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device when you use the site, and from service providers acting on our behalf. We use it for the purposes described in this notice. Please do not send sensitive personal information through ordinary email or this website unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.

Disclosure to service providers

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or communicate through the site; to professional advisers; to government authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transaction if permitted by law. Optional background-media resources are supplied by Pexels and optional web-font resources are supplied by Google Fonts. These resources are loaded only if you allow optional external media through the Privacy Choices control. When your browser requests those resources, those providers may receive standard technical request information. We do not authorize third parties to use information collected through this website for cross-site behavioral advertising.

CCPA / CPRA notice

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to RFXE and your information, California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment for exercising applicable rights. RFXE does not currently sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a separate limitation right under the CCPA.

To submit a privacy request, email info@rfxe.com with the subject line “CCPA Privacy Request,” call 650.229.8800, or write to RFXE, Inc., 1308 Rollins Road, Burlingame, CA 94010. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with documentation of authority. We may need to verify a request before responding. Where the CCPA applies, we aim to acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, subject to legally permitted extensions and exceptions.

Your privacy choices

Use the control below to manage optional external media and web-font resources. Your choice is stored only on this browser using local storage so the site can remember it. You may choose “Essential only” at any time; the site will remain usable without the optional media or fonts. Because RFXE does not currently sell or share personal information, an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control does not change the site’s current data flows. If those practices change, RFXE will process valid opt-out preference signals to the extent required by applicable law.

Cookies, tracking & Do Not Track

RFXE does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or a cross-site behavioral advertising program on this website. RFXE does not conduct tracking of your browsing activity over time and across non-RFXE websites. Because the site does not engage in that type of tracking, it does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information through this site for tracking your activity across different websites.

Retention & security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to respond to inquiries, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations.

California information-sharing disclosure

RFXE does not share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes without your consent. California customers may request information about this practice once each calendar year by emailing info@rfxe.com with the subject line “California Information-Sharing Request.”

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business and project inquiries and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our website practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised notice on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised notice prominently on this website before or when the change takes effect, unless another method is required by law.
