Statement purpose
RFXE, Inc. recognizes that slavery and human trafficking are serious human-rights issues. This voluntary statement addresses the disclosure topics identified in the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act. It is published to describe the extent of RFXE’s currently stated public practices and is not a representation that RFXE is subject to that statute.
Verification
RFXE considers supplier and procurement risks in a project-specific manner when appropriate to the work, applicable law, and contractual requirements. RFXE does not currently represent that it operates a separate, company-wide third-party verification program focused exclusively on human trafficking and slavery risk across all product supply chains.
Audits
RFXE does not currently represent that it conducts independent, unannounced audits of all direct suppliers for compliance with human-trafficking and slavery standards. Project-specific supplier review or documentation may be required by law, an owner, or a contract.
Supplier certifications
RFXE does not currently represent that it requires every direct supplier to provide a uniform certification addressing slavery and human-trafficking laws in every country where that supplier does business. Project-specific certifications, material documentation, or contractual requirements may apply when required by law or contract.
Internal accountability
RFXE expects personnel and contractors involved in procurement to act lawfully and in accordance with applicable project and company requirements. RFXE does not currently publish a separate, supply-chain-specific internal accountability standard for failures to meet human-trafficking or slavery requirements.
Training
RFXE does not currently publish a separate company-wide training program focused exclusively on human trafficking and slavery risk for personnel with direct procurement responsibility. RFXE may revise its procedures and public disclosure as its operations, legal obligations, or contractual commitments evolve.
